Tired of holding everything together alone?

Coaching for women in neurodiverse relationships

When life and relationships have felt too much for too long, therapeutic coaching guides us back to ourselves. Helping to restore our wellbeing and find the clarity we need to move forward with confidence.

You may be here because…

  • you’re feeling alone even when you’re together

  • you’re the one carrying the emotional load

  • you’ve spent years trying to understand the relationship

  • you’re feeling irritable, numb, overwhelmed or simply not yourself

What you’re needing is support and a gentle place to land.

You need a space for you.

About Heather

Hi, I’m Heather Parks, a therapeutic coach, somatic coach and nervous system educator supporting women in neurodiverse relationships.

I bring together professional training, years of experience supporting women and families, and lived understanding of how complex and lonely it can feel.

Working together you’ll learn to recognise the protective strategies that have kept you going, begin to remember who you are and find new confidence in moving forward.

My work is about helping you come back to yourself with a clearer head, a sense of peace, and compassion for everything you have carried.

“Working with Heather feels 100% safe and always supportive, no matter how wild the world around us.”

“When I first came to Heather, I felt stuck between impossible expectations and a situation that seemed hopeless. Through her gentle guidance, I learned to turn my attention inward, notice what was happening inside me, and take small, manageable steps towards understanding my nervous system and my needs. Instead of waiting for circumstances to improve before I could feel better, I discovered how much agency I have even in unchanged situations. I now experience far more clarity, self-understanding and steady confidence, and feel able to navigate challenges without becoming overwhelmed by anxiety.”

  • Joanie

“I was overwhelmed and unwell and had been for some time. Heather's calm, kind and thoughtful approach made me feel seen and understood, while also inspiring me to take many tiny steps that added up to massive change. The biggest shift is that I now prioritise myself and pay attention to my nervous system. I know and understand myself so much better now.”

  • Kristine

“I had lost hope and wasn’t even aware that I had lost myself. It felt like I was standing at the base of a huge mountain with no supplies. Through Heather’s work, I learned practical, manageable skills that led me back to myself, helped me stop living on autopilot, and taught me not to abandon myself when life felt hard. I now feel more hopeful, grounded and free. And for the first time, my sense of wellbeing no longer depends entirely on other people or circumstances.”

  • Sharon

“Heather’s warmth and nervous system-informed approach helped me shift deep, longstanding patterns without the process feeling overwhelming or painful. The changes in my neurodiverse relationship have been remarkable. The changes in my life have been profound.”

  • Petra

“Before working with Heather, I felt ignored, unacknowledged and deeply disconnected from myself within my relationship. Through her calm, gentle and understanding approach, I learned to connect body, mind and nervous system in a way that finally made sense, and my day-to-day life now feels far less stressful and overwhelming. My nervous system is much calmer, I feel more at peace with myself and my relationships, and difficult situations no longer throw me completely off course. Working with Heather feels 100% safe and supportive, no matter how wild life becomes around you.”

  • Cheryle

“Perhaps the greatest gift Heather offered me was not certainty, but companionship. Her guidance helped me feel less alone and more able to meet life with grace, self-respect and greater confidence in my own experience. What makes Heather’s work particularly valuable is that it is grounded not only in professional knowledge but also in lived experience. I never felt judged, pressured, or told what I should think. Instead, I felt encouraged to become more fully myself and trust myself more.”

  • Client

“When I first began this work, I realised how little I understood about my nervous system and the impact it was having on my relationships and daily life. Through Heather’s calm, practical, and caring approach, I learned grounding and somatic practices that genuinely help me feel steadier and more able to support myself when overwhelmed. I now feel far more autonomy over emotions that used to hijack me, and I’m amazed by how much calmer and more grounded I can stay even in difficult situations. I feel hopeful, supported, and excited to keep becoming more fully myself.”

  • Anne

“Before working with Heather, I often felt invisible, lonely and as though I was losing trust in my own experience. Simply having my reality understood and validated helped me realise I wasn't crazy or hopeless, and that I had more power to change my experience than I thought. Through Heather's gentle, straightforward and nervous-system-informed approach, I have learned new practices, made different choices, and begun to see myself as whole and valuable in my own right. I now have far more hope, confidence and freedom than I thought possible.”

  • Victoria

“Before working with Heather, I felt stuck in cycles of overwhelm and responsibility, constantly trying to fix a difficult family situation while feeling like it was all my fault. Through Heather’s calm, gentle and practical approach, I learned simple nervous system practices that helped me feel more grounded, calm and clear in everyday life. She showed me how to resource myself and gave me tools I can genuinely use when life feels overwhelming. Over time, I’ve noticed a gentle but meaningful shift not only in myself, but in how I respond within my relationships and the wider world.”

  • Candida

“Before this work, I felt trapped in cycles of anxiety, reactivity and self-doubt, with very little sense of who I really was beneath it all. Working with my nervous system has helped me understand my triggers, create more space in my life, and develop far more choice in how I respond to stress and relationships. Heather teaches these practices in a way that feels intuitive, grounding and genuinely applicable in everyday life. Each small step feels like a reintroduction to myself.”

  • Julia

“I struggled most with feeling helpless, worthless and misunderstood. I lost myself in the process of trying to make my marriage work. Through this work, I began to focus on my needs and capacity. I feel safer, trust myself more, and most importantly, I know what I can do for myself when I feel overwhelmed.”

  • Amy

“The nervous system awareness has changed my life. I realised I was not the person I thought I was when I was stuck in sympathetic or dorsal states. I would never be able to be who I truly am without learning to work with my nervous system.”
